Capital City Percussion is an independent indoor percussion ensemble out of Columbus, OH. We will be competing in the Winter Guard International (WGI) circuit,  The Mid-East Performance Association (MEPA) circuit, and The Ohio Indoor Performance Association (OIPA.)
